Terms and Conditions for Use of WebEx Partner Portal Website

You are not authorized to use this WebEx Partner Portal Website unless you have signed a Developer Connection Agreement or Portal Agreement with WebEx Communications, Inc. ("WebEx"), or one of its predecessor companies, WebEx, Inc. or ActiveTouch, Inc., been issued a password to use this site, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Use of this site and use of documents, software and materials posted on this site ("WebEx Partner Portal Materials") are subject to these terms and conditions.  All WebEx Partner Portal Materials are to be used solely for the purpose of marketing and selling WebEx services.  Except as provided below, you may display and distribute WebEx Partner Portal Materials to current and prospective WebEx customers.  When a document posted on this WebSite is identified as "Not Distributable", you may display the document to current and prospective customers, but you cannot distribute copies of the document. Any WebEx Partner Portal Materials that are marked or otherwise designated as "Confidential" constitute and contain "Confidential Information" of WebEx.  You may not disclose to or permit access by any third party to Confidential Information.  You must limit access to Confidential Information to employees of your company who are directly involved in the sales and marketing of WebEx services.  You will not use or assist others in using Confidential Information for the benefit of any party other than WebEx.  You agree that any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information may cause irreparable harm to WebEx. You agree promptly to report any unauthorized use or disclosure to WebEx.

Any software provided through this website is also subject to the terms and conditions accompanying such software.
